We raise beef that is grain finished. Sometimes we do have lean beef in stock as well. We carry a variety of cuts all year round. But you can also purchase whole, half, quarter and "shares". The shares can be our mixed shares which is 7lbs of steaks, 8 lbs of ground beef, 3lbs of roasts and 2 lbs of random cuts, we offer customers also to design their own share if they want as well. Any purchase over 10lbs is consider for bulk pricing. We offer on the farm pick up or you can pick up the order at the Fredonia Farmer's Market. We also have live goats for sale as well. Most are 75%boar but some are 100% boar as well.
